# How to **delete** your user data

1.

Login in to App (Please use “forgot password” if required)

2.

Go to Profile on right bottom corner

3.

Click Settings on right top corner:

4.

Click on Delete Account:

5.

Cancel all Open Checks if necessary and add Reason for deleting your account:

6.

Confirm deletion of your account:

7.

Confirmation window will be displayed

##### Deleted Data

All data from your profile will be deleted within 1 month after the 'Request for Account Deletion'

If you have already performed service checks and have received payment for these evaluations, all personal data from your profile, except for your email, name, first name, zip code, street, and city, will be deleted within 1 month.

Please note that email, name, first name, zip code, street, and city, which are financially relevant, will be deleted after 10 years starting from the date of your last paid service check
